Does science justify atheism?
A great deal of Science can be used to show God does in fact exist.
Science and Theology are not mutually exclusive, but actually are often mutually beneficial.
The 2nd law of thermodynamics states that all things fall toward decay in a closed system, unless an outside force acts within the system. In our universe, the outside force would be God.
The basis of all modern science is the assumption that there must be a transcendent truth behind all observable phenomena. Godless thinkers did not do research, not assuming any transcendent truth to exist.
Scientific observation appears to indicate that religion is entirely a human construction.
Repeated debunking of theistic claims to phenomenon that has proven to have natural causes, or debunked as historically inaccurate, greatly reduces the credibility of other unproven theistic claims, to the point that such claims are not reasonably justified.
