Lot's wife was turned to a pillar of salt for looking back, and all of womankind has allegedly suffered fro Eve's sin. No, they aren't compatible. A just and loving god would not condemn and order the subjugation of half his creations.
The divinely ordained female inferiority to men outlined in 1 Corinthians 14 wasn't written to be applicable exclusively to a narrow context from antiquity, but was instead derived from the universal 'divine order' of Genesis 2 - an order that is binding upon every Church across every time and place. This worldview is inherently incompatible with feminism.
