Is OKC police officer Daniel Holtzclaw REALLY guilty of the crimes he was convicted of?
Daniel Holtzclaw's jury trial was unfair.
Male DNA was also found on the inside fly of Holtzclaw's police uniform pants in the same area where accuser Adaira Gardner's DNA was found. This fact
was not disclosed at trial
to the jury by the prosecution. The DNA could simply have been touch DNA.
No independent third-party witnesses were presented at trial to support any of the charges.
Holtzclaw received the most number of years (62) from accuser Sherry Ellis, even though
she initially reported and testified
that she was raped by a "short black man". Holtzclaw is over 6' tall and pale in complexion.
During the trial, crowds of demonstrators
could be heard chanting
outside on the street to convict Holtzclaw.
Out of 17 alleged crime scenes, there is no forensic evidence that implicates Holtzclaw.
Prosecutor Gayland Geiger
lied to the jury
during his final closing argument when he stated, "DNA from the walls of her vagina was transferred in vaginal fluids onto the outside and the inside ... [in] the exact location she says his penis came into contact." This directly contradicted the forensic DNA analysis.
never took the stand nor testified
in his own defense at trial. This implies he was or felt guilty.
Holtzclaw himself is half-white and half-Japanese, whereas Holtzclaw's accusers were all black. The jury
was all white
