Does science justify atheism?
Empirical evidence supports the idea of a deity.
There are many
that support the ideas
proposed with theism
in it's many forms.
A great deal of Science can be used to show God does in fact exist.
Theism typically relies on a divine authority (e.g. God) to explain the unknown. The scientific method requires us to always question the prevailing theory, that is, there is no ultimate authority. Science therefore contradicts theism at the fundamental level
Scientific thought contradicts religious teachings about the nature of the cosmos.
Scientific observation appears to indicate that religion is entirely a human construction.
Support for a scientific idea or hypothesis isn't sufficient to claim said hypothesis is true or accurate.
