Suffering is a necessary for a life to be successful/well-lived.
Suffering builds character.
Without suffering, you can't experience real happiness/pleasure.
A certain level of suffering - whether that be emotional or physical - is almost impossible to avoid in a human lifetime.
No worthwhile success or achievement is won without suffering, so suffering is necessary.
