Carla Johnson's allegations resulted in guilty verdicts for the crimes of (Count 13) Sexual Battery (8yrs) and (Count 14) Sexual Battery (8yrs). Proving Holtzclaw is indeed guilty of those offenses.
According to investigators they did not even bother to audio or video record this accuser's interview where she allegedly made the allegations against Holtzclaw. Recording interviews is standard procedure. Why did investigators record some but not all accusers?
Investigators were given a list of names of people to interview. When investigators went to Johnson's residence she answered the door and they told her "We received a tip that she may have been sexually assaulted by an Oklahoma City police officer." This is a highly biased approach to locating potential 'victims', especially since this was done after the news had reported on the allegations.
