It is likely that Trump and his administration colluded with Russia.
Trump's administration has been caught in several iterations of lies about meetings with Russian agents, first saying they never happened, then that they were about adoption, and later that they were about "getting dirt" on Clinton.
It is unlikely that Trump would allow his

The only politically valid reason to impeach President Trump would be if he is found to have colluded with Russia to influence the election. But you can only impeach a President for acts committed while in office, so this wouldn't be a constitutionally valid reason
There is no definitive evidence to suggest the Trump campaign colluded. The investigations have moved on to investigate whether there was obstruction of justice - which implies that they aren't going to find collusion evidence.
Misbehavior by Trump's associates is
to impeach him.
"Collusion" is very much in the eye of the beholder.
