Should People Only be Allowed to Vote if they Pass a Certain Test?
It would help avoid bringing politicians that make false promises to power, as their claims would be more accurately assessed.
Politicians who would actually make a difference will be more likely to be elected.
Indeed, if some politician lies during the execution of its mandate on (for instance) action A, then he/she could automatically lose their power iff the majority of his/her votes were explicitly based on the fulfillment that action.
This system would discourage media outlets from distributing 'fake news', as they might be reducing the voting power of their demographic if a related question appears on the test.
If politicians elect to lie, there is not necessarily any way of knowing, regardless of any amount of assessment.
Testing the voting population will not determine which politicians run.
