Is it okay to physically torture prisoners?
Many argue that no humans have free will, but their actions are decided by their experiences and environment; as such, they cannot be held accountable for the wrongs they do.
There is no free will.
The existence or non-existence of free will is irrelevant to the question of prisoner treatment. If we accept the idea of prisons, we accept that people can be incarcerated within them.
