There should be no limit to freedom of speech.
One person's freedom ends where another's begins: offensive, threatening speech should be illegal.
Promoting an aggressor's freedom of speech over their victim's freedoms is not right.
Corporations should not be allowed to threaten citizens.
No legal limit on speech can cause non-legal limits on speech.
By definition freedom is limited. It is a relative concept that doesn't exist if there is nobody to share it with. The limit to my own freedom is the freedom of others. As long as what somebody says doesn't inflict on other's freedom then it is okay, but there is a limit.
Offense is subjective. What offends one person might not necessarily offend another. The power to judge what is offensive on behalf of every citizen is a power too great for any agency to hold and it should not be bestowed.
Being offended by anything is only a threat to someone's ego.
We need a clearer definition of "threatening speech" for this to be considered.
