Does pineapple belong on pizza?
Pizza is an excellent source of
vitamin C & fiber and low in fat & sodium
. If a person is looking for a non-guilty way of eating pizza, they should just add pineapple to it.
Pineapple has an average amount of Vitamin C that goes
down with cooking and being fresh/canned
(frozen's higher). So pineapple's not going to add much Vitamin C to pizza in the end.
