Should Trump be impeached?
Seeking impeachment now, before the conclusion of Mueller's investigation, would be premature and therefore unlikely to succeed.
There is probably only one real shot to impeach Trump. A failed impeachment attempt while the GOP controls the House and Senate would likely prevent a more likely impeachment after the midterm elections.
The special prosecutor should be allowed to finish his investigation, to protect future US elections from meddling by foreign agents. Impeaching Trump too soon might end the investigation.
Attempting impeachment before the outcome of the midterms (and proportion of sympathetic congress seats) in the House and Senate could also make the timing poor.
Impeachment could be sought for grounds outside of the core purpose of the Mueller investigation.
