How should Europe deal with refugees from Africa and the Near/Middle East?
The EU should call for a global solution to enforce a worldwide distribution system to accommodate asylum seekers.
It is not fair and also impossible for the EU to solve the refugee problem on it's own. The rest of the world has to engage in the process as well.
The EU should enforce a distribution system between all member states to accommodate asylum seekers.
Countries like the UAE or Qatar are
to pay for many refugees.
The US has a duty to help solve this problem.
If a global solution is sought it should tackle the source of the problem, why they flee, not the symptom.
Politically it would be extremely difficult to convince non-EU countries to take in refugees they see as the EU's own problem.
