Cultural appropriation is wrong
To copy doesn't mean to destroy original and history.
Complete originality in culture doesn't exist, as all cultures draw upon other cultures to some extent to create their own.
To copy is to defuse the original across a broader spectrum, sometimes making origins and history less clear.
Not explicitly, however the act of a majority copying the culture of a minority can do more harm to that minority's original history and character since it is done from the perspective of the majority and not the minority itself.
